Subject
Pergent is an AI business agent package for entrepreneurs, sales, CRM, campaigns, content, follow-ups and strategic support. Depending on the offer, it may include setup, configuration, onboarding, support, documentation, workflows, digital services and optional hardware.
Business customers only
Pergent is intended for business customers, self-employed professionals, companies, associations and organizations acting in a professional capacity. Private consumer purchases are not intended unless expressly agreed.
Mandatory onboarding and responsible AI use
Pergent is not sold as an autonomous decision machine. Productive setup or activation includes a short usage briefing on AI limits, source checks, privacy, sensitive data, approvals, external actions and human final control.
Customers must ensure that users in their organization are appropriately informed and use Pergent responsibly. External actions such as emails, posts, contracts, payments, cancellations or binding offers require human review and approval.
The standard package must not be used for automated credit, funding, loan, employment, applicant, medical, legally binding or similar high-risk decisions unless expressly reviewed and agreed separately.
Registration and offers
Registration is non-binding. It does not create a claim to access, availability, specific functions, prices or bonuses. Any Pergent bonus becomes binding only with a concrete offer.

Content and AI output are general business support and do not replace professional legal, tax, financial or business advice.
Responsibility for AI output
AI-generated results may contain errors. Users must review texts, data, legal statements and business decisions before using or publishing them.
Liability
Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or business decisions based on website content or AI output is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
